Product Analyst - Mobile Banking App (f/m/d)

As a Product Analyst - Mobile Banking App (f/m/d) you will be part of our creative Neugelb team, where we exchange ideas on an interdisciplinary level, complement our skills and share experiences. What you can do for us
- You collaborate closely with stakeholders from Commerzbank to understand their strategic objectives and align data-driven improvements with their vision.
- You work with product managers, other product / data analysts, and engineers to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the mobile banking app.
- You collect, process, and analyze data from various sources.
- You create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders.
- You perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for product improvement based on customer feedback/behavior.
- You support product managers in prioritizing features and enhancements based on data-driven insights.
- You design and execute A/B tests and experiments to validate the impact of product changes or new features.
- You monitor app performance and user satisfaction, providing recommendations for continuous improvement in line with Commerzbank's strategy.
What you should bring to the table
- You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related discipline).
- You have already gained 2+ years of experience in a data or product analysis role, preferably in the financial industry and mobile app domain.
- You have strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau,).
- You have knowledge of statistical concepts and experience using statistical tools (e.g., Python, R, SAS) for data analysis.
- You are confident using with mobile app analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase).
- You are characterized by excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- You have strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You are able to communicate with your team in fluent English, German is a plus.
