(Senior) UX/UI Designer (f/m/d)
Together with you, we want to work on creating a meaningful and intuitive banking app for our 1.9 millions users. Interface design is one of the most important components in this process, because we believe that expedient interactions are essential for an excellent user experience and the success of our product.
As a (Senior) UX/UI Designer (f/m/d), you are part of our Design team here at Neugelb and collaborate with various work streams, helping to shape an open atmosphere with new ways of envisioning and developing digital banking features.
What you can do for us
- You support us in shaping Commerzbank's digital ecosystem by creating functional, visually appealing and business-relevant designs for the banking app.
- You analyze requirements and do research and benchmarking together with our Research team.
- You develop user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and final screen designs for both small functions and comprehensive banking features with a focus on usability and an overall appealing experience.
- You work closely in an agile, interdisciplinary team and in an iterative way, based on the results you gain from of research and testing.
- You take responsibility in sharing your point of view and presenting your ideas to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Last but not least, you participate in the ongoing development of our design practice at Neugelb as well as our design system.
What you should bring to the table
- You have a degree or training in the field of interface design, HCI or in a comparable discipline.
- You have at least 4 years of relevant professional experience in UX/UI design.
- You are confident in using common design tools (ideally Figma).
- You enjoy developing creative ideas as well as exploring new possibilities and are enthusiastic about technology, innovation and digital trends.
- You are experienced and competent in creating user flows and wireframes and in including relevant data in your design process.
- You have very good interpersonal communication skills and love to work in a collaborative environment with room for personal responsibility.
- You feel comfortable with agile project methods and user-centered approaches (Scrum, Design Thinking) and have already gained relevant experience.
- You can communicate confidently with your team in English (fluent) and German (at least B1/B2 Level).
- Ideally you also have know-how in motion design and/or frontend development.
