We provide you with a budget as well as 10 days to plan for your individual mission. Meet-ups, workshops, conferences - any initiative that helps you develop your skills and knowledge is more than welcome. Stay curious!
MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAMME
Work is important. So is life.
We care about our people. That's why we make sure that you look after yourself as well as our projects. Self-care is on the top of our agenda. That’s why we offer you unlimited access to OpenUp: The mental health platform provides individual coachings, group sessions and mindfulness exercises in more than 17 languages within 24 hours. We also promote awareness for mental health with many other activities.
BUDDY PROGRAMME
A buddy for everybody.
When you start your onboarding, we won’t leave you alone with the fancy coffee machine or the ominous time tracking tool. Our buddy programme ensures that you always have someone by your side who will help you set up your workstation, explain the studio and answer any questions you might have. Don’t be shy - your buddy knew what they signed up for!
