As a Working Student People & Culture Management, you will be part of the People & Operations Team - the team behind the team - where we exchange ideas across two locations, complement our skills and share experiences. With us, you'll have the opportunity to actively contribute to a dynamic company and help shape our corporate culture.
What can you do for us
- You will independently take on People & Culture communication topics, such as the editorial support of our People Weekly Newsletter.
- You will actively support the People & Culture team in operational topics across the entire employee lifecycle.
- You communicate actively with your colleagues at Commerzbank.
- You contribute your ideas in employer branding and can implement your ideas in our social media channels.
- You support the applicant management in recruiting as well as the organization of interviews.
What you should bring to the table
- You are in a bachelor's or master's degree program with a focus on human resources and have 20h / week of time in the week.
- Ideally, you have already gained some experience in using HR software.
- You have a good command of the common office programs.
- You enjoy continuously developing your knowledge and passing it on to your colleagues.
- You have strong communication skills, enjoy writing easy-to-understand texts that are fun to read and love storytelling.
- You are strong in organization, like to work independently and feel like actively shaping our processes.
- You live in the Berlin or Frankfurt area and can also support the team on site.
- To be able to communicate optimally with the team, you speak fluent German and English.
