Working Student Office Management (f/m/d)
Together with us, you will shape our great working environment at Neugelb and ensure that our digital talents want for nothing.
As a working student Office Management you are part of the 8-member People & Operations Team - the team behind the team - where we exchange ideas across two locations, complement our skills and share experiences.
What you can do for us
- You support the office management in general day-to-day business (e.g. tidying up, inventory, mailing).
- You take over administrative and operational tasks and ensure a smooth guest service and hospitality.
- You are a contact person for the onboarding of new colleagues at the Frankfurt location.
- You coordinate external service providers in the facility area and take over the procurement of various consumables.
What you should bring to the table
- You are studying at a German college / university and have 15-20 hours a week to work on site in Frankfurt.
- You are characterized by your cheerful nature, but at the same time you have strong communication and assertiveness skills and convince with your hands-on mentality.
- You have a service-based mindset, are an absolute organizational talent and have a result-oriented, independent and structured way of working.
- In order to be able to communicate optimally with the team, you speak German and English (at least B1 level in one foreign language).
